Hi Kathryn and Matt
Have enjoyed reading about your adventures so far, even though I could have safely predicted they would include rugby and alcohol in equal measures. Kathryn, I wouldn't hurry in finding a job - enjoy being a lady of leisure for a while! Would like to see a picture of the house some time - hope you get used to high density living soon. My parents told me you already had summer there a couple of weeks back, so may as well put your t-shirts away again until next year as you are unlikely to strike it lucky again. Although an Indian summer in Sep/Oct when we are over would be good. Let me know an email address if/when you have one.
Take care
Karen

Hi Karen

Yes, there has been plenty of rugby, of course - what with the Heinekin Cup final here a few weeks ago and the IRB Junior World Cup on at the moment. We're loving the British beer - the strength of it is so much more sociable than the Aussie beers, and the lower level of fizz is good, too. I've been enjoying, also, seeing the squirrels which are in abundance around here, even though I know the grey ones are a pest and invader. But they're just so gosh darned cute!

Did you know Rose is pregnant?
